Conditions for installation of projector screens and projectors purchased from Big Shine Singapore.
1. Installation pricing

- Starting from $200
The final installation charge depends on the site; it is confirmed after the site assessment below.
2. Eligibility
Installation services are available exclusively to end-user customers who purchase directly from Big Shine Singapore, including purchases through e-commerce platforms such as Lazada and Shopee.
3. Venue requirements
The following conditions must be met for installation:
- The venue must have lift access capable of accommodating the screen size.
4. Site assessment
- Customers must provide photographs of the installation site for preliminary assessment.
- An on-site survey may be conducted if deemed necessary by Big Shine Singapore.
5. Secure property protocols
For installations at secure properties, the following prerequisites must be fulfilled:
- Access permits for personnel and/or vehicle access must be secured prior to installation.
- Time restrictions for drilling or construction work must be communicated and adhered to.
6. Scheduling
Installation will be scheduled within 3–5 working days following purchase confirmation and completion of any required site assessments.
