Delivery terms.
How deliveries within Singapore are charged, scheduled and handled for standard and large or long items.
1. Delivery charges
- Island-wide delivery
- $30 per trip
- CBD area delivery
- $40 per trip
- Waiver
- Delivery fees are waived if the total order value exceeds $600. Does not apply to resellers.
2. Large or long item delivery conditions
- Doorstep delivery is available only if the venue has lift access and the lift can accommodate the goods. Otherwise, delivery will be made to the ground floor.
- Manual labour service. In the absence of lift access, or if the lift cannot accommodate the goods, manual labour service is available to carry items to the desired floor at an additional charge of $20 per floor beyond the 3rd floor.
3. Delivery timeframe
- Standard delivery timeframe is 2–3 working days.
- Delivery is available Monday to Friday, between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm.
- For specific delivery time requests, please contact us or notify our staff when you receive your delivery details notification.
4. Missed deliveries
If no one is available to receive the item upon delivery, the item will be returned and a new delivery will be scheduled. Additional charges will apply unless prior arrangements have been made to leave the item at the doorstep.
5. Cancellation or change of delivery date
- Changing the delivery date requires 1–3 additional working days for rescheduling from the date of notice.
- If notice is given on the day of delivery, a rescheduling fee of $10 will apply.
